How do I choose the right size?
Select a size on the product page — it will show shoulders, length, waist etc for every size option.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracker on the products page and enter your order number. If you don’t have a number, contact us via WhatsApp or email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us ASAP (within 24 hours) via WhatsApp or email. We'll try to help before shipment.
How do returns work?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items with manufacturing defects or if they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Please include your order number, proof of purchase, and photos when contacting support.
How do refunds work?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges subject to stock availability.
